REHAB

I partner with hard-working, honest contractors to repair the property on budget and on time, maximizing after-repair value.

RENT

Once the properties are move-in ready, I work with experienced property management professionals to secure long-term leases with carefully vetted tenants.

REFINANCE & REPEAT

With the properties now stabilized, you refinance to cash out your initial investment. The released capital is then ready to be reinvested into your next deal.
